Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of IC Photo for Singapore ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms supplement, but do not replace, the Standard EULA.
2. Purchases & Refunds
The App offers in-app purchases to unlock features such as watermark-free export. Purchases are processed by Apple; all charges, billing, and refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Intended Use
The App helps you produce photos that meet published Singapore ID photo specifications (e.g. ICA, MOM, driver's licence applications). You are responsible for reviewing the submitting authority's current requirements and for the final acceptance of any photo you produce. We do not guarantee that any photo will be accepted by any authority.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to create photos impersonating another person, to produce fraudulent identification, or to violate any applicable law. You are responsible for the images you capture and retain.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its code are the property of the developer. You retain all rights to the photos you capture.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
